How minutes, chat credits, and the wallet work - and what you are never charged for.
How does pricing work?
Plans include a bundle of voice minutes and chat conversations at one flat all-inclusive rate - speech recognition, the AI model, the voice, and telephony are all inside it. Usage beyond your plan's allowance is billed from your prepaid wallet at your plan's per-minute and per-chat rates.
Indian customers pay in rupees, everyone else in dollars; the plans are otherwise the same.
Am I charged for calls that don't connect?
No. Billing starts when a call actually connects. Outbound dials that ring unanswered, hit a busy line, or fail before connecting are not billed as call minutes. A call that reaches voicemail counts as answered by the carrier, and your agent can be configured to hang up or leave a message.
What happens when my wallet runs out?
New outbound calls and batch dialing pause when the remaining budget can't cover them, and resume automatically after a top-up. Your account and configuration are never touched - it's purely a pause on placing new calls.
