Cancellation & Refund Policy

WorkflowHQ is a digital service billed as subscriptions and metered call minutes. Nothing physical is shipped. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel your plan any time from the dashboard or by emailing support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again after.
  • Minutes already used and the current period’s subscription fee are not refunded on cancellation.

Wallet top-ups and prepaid balance

Prepaid balance is consumed by call usage. If you close your account with unused prepaid balance, contact support and we will review a refund of the unused amount to your original payment method.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate payment, a charge after cancellation, or an amount that does not match your plan — email us within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors are refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via our payment providers (Razorpay in India, Stripe elsewhere) and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
